The Little Falls Community School District Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC):
● Advises the Special Education Department on current issues, program development, parental concerns and involvement
● Serves as an advocate for high-quality special education programs
● Promotes communication between family, school and community
What does the SEAC do?
Meeting at least quarterly during the school year, the committee works towards assuring quality education and services for students with special needs by learning more about the special education process and providing input to the Director of Special Education on district special education services.
Who serves on the SEAC?
Membership on the SEAC includes parents from each school in the district, the district Director of Special Education, and representative teachers of special education.
