Teaching & Learning
The Little Falls Community Schools academic program is focused on providing quality instruction to all students so they can be successful both today and in the future.
All subject area and all grade level curricula are in one of three phases of curriculum development. The process promotes revisions for improvement and an on-going process of improving the alignment to Minnesota Academic Standards. As grade level and course outcomes are completed, they are available to view under the Curriculum link at right.
Little Falls Community Schools professional development is referred to as FlyerPD. Each FlyerPD opportunity is designed with one of the Flyer5 improvement strategies in mind. FlyerPD models effective instructional practices by differentiating professional learning opportunities.
Little Falls Community Schools has scheduled professional development activities May 31, June 3, 4 & 5 to make up the 2013 snow days.
