I want to wish everyone well as we begin Semester 2 at Little Falls Community Middle School.  We have had an excellent first half of the school year.  Thank you to the students, staff and parents for making it productive and for helping us with our mission:

Fundraiser
Friday, January 27th we will be kicking off our annual LFCMS PTO fundraiser.  On behalf of the PTO, I want to thank all of the local businesses that continue to make this event a reality.  We are blessed to have so many partnerships with the business community and hope that you will help us support those who have given so generously to our school!

We are encouraging each student to sell (2) coupon cards before Valentine's Day.  Those students who sell (2) or more coupon cards will be able to go on our All-School Ski Trip to Powder Ridge for FREE!  Please consider buying one of the coupon cards.

Student PLCs
We continue to meet weekly with all students in the Commons on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.  During quarter 2, we covered the following topics: cyberbullying, bus conduct and goal setting.  It has been so energizing to interact with the student body in this new way.  With the use of their iPads, we have been able to collect important data and feedback from all students which has helped guide us in developing positive and productive lessons. 

Looking Ahead
There will be NO parent-teacher conferences during quarter 3 so I encourage you to keep in touch with your child's teachers.  Please do not hesitate to call or email with questions and/or concerns.  Your continued partnership will certainly help us achieve our full potential as a school and will help your child experience the most success!
