All seniors have the opportunity to apply for “Student of the Month” by filling out a form in September.  Applications are reviewed by department heads and nominated on a monthly basis.  The department heads nominate 3 boys and 3 girls each month.  The student nominations are then evaluated and voted on by all teachers in each department of the high school.  The votes are then tallied and the winners are declared and informed of the honor by our principal Mr. Bjorge.
