A successful first year of grade-level banding!

Lincoln (K–2) and Lindbergh (3–5) Elementary Schools wrapped up their first year under the new structure with positive results. Principals Chris Dobis and Larry Edgerton shared highlights at the July School Board meeting:

• Stronger teacher collaboration
• Better curriculum alignment
• More balanced class sizes
• Improved student support

Staff say the transition was smoother than expected and student outcomes are already showing gains.
