Travel Release Form

Below is information regarding Little Falls Community Schools Travel Release policies:

  1. Students with drivers licenses are NOT permitted to drive themselves to and from events.

  2. The travel release form is only to be used for parents/guardians transporting their own student(s). 

  3. Parents/Guardians are only to transport students in their household - NO carpooling. 

  4. By transporting your student, you are releasing Little Falls Community Schools and their officers from all liability.

  5. Travel release forms MUST be filled out by the parent/guardian. 

  6. Travel release forms must be filled out 24 hours prior to the event. 

Students are expected to ride with their team on school transportation to all events.
