Special Education
Little Falls Community Schools Special Education is committed to provide equitable opportunities for students with an educational disability and families. We support a continuum of services for students birth through age 21. All schools within our district provide special education services; with each of our elementary buildings specializing in individual programs for specific needs identified by the child's IEP team.
Special Education is specialized and individualized instruction to meet the academic, social and emotional needs of students at no cost to parents. To receive special education services, a student must be evaluated and meet Minnesota State Criteria for an educational disability.
