If you’re buying school supplies for your children in kindergarten through 12th grade, you may qualify for one or both of these tax relief programs:

As we prepare for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, we want to ensure that our transportation services are efficient and effective for all students. To achieve this, we require all families to complete transportation registration, even if your student will not be taking public transportation to and from school.

This will provide us with up-to-date ridership lists, allowing us to make informed and timely route decisions. Please note accommodations will not be made for birthday parties, sleepovers, appointments or any after school (non school) events.

Flyer Activities & Athletics Information

A Confidential Health Form must be completed for all students entering pre-K through 12th grade and returned to their building nurse by the first day of school.

If your child requires medication during the school day, please complete and return the Prescription Medication Authorization Form. All prescription medications require a written healthcare provider order and parental consent.

Students entering grades 6 through 12 may take acceptable over-the-counter medications with written parental consent. Please complete and return the Over-the-Counter Medication Authorization Form (Grades 6-12 Only). All medications must be supplied by parent/guardian.

All students must receive required immunizations or provide a legal exemption per Minnesota law. See the Immunization/Exemption Form for more information. Please send updated immunization information to your building nurse by the first day of school. 

Our school offers healthy meals each day. All students can get one breakfast and one lunch free of charge each day at school. Although no application is required to receive this free meal benefit, filling out the Application for Educational Benefits is still important! Your child(ren) may qualify for other benefits like reduced fees at school. Your application may also help the school qualify for education funds, discounts, and other meal programs.

School Age Child Care is offered to PreK-5th grade students from 6:00 - 8:00 am before school and 3:00 - 5:30 pm after school. There is a non-refundable registration fee per session (AM/PM/Non-School Day). Please contact the Community Services office at 320-632-7900 or email kgruber@lfalls.k12.mn.us for more information and how to register. Registration will open at 8:00 am Aug 7th.
